Today I gave the cube the ability to walk around. When the player touches the screen it sends a line trace to detect any objects in the way of the view. If it detects an object the player can interact with, the character will walk over and interact with it, and if not, the character will just walk to the destination.
In the video below, the big block disappears when the small block is activated, like a door being opened by a remote button. A lot of puzzles will feature this kind of obstacle in the game, and it will be up to the player to find out how to open the door in order to progress to the next level.
